The MS500 is manufactured by Siko, and is an incremental passive sensor that has a miniature layout. The unit operates with the MB500 magnetic band, and has an utmost sensor/band reading distance capacity of up to 2 mm.

The MS500 can be linked to either to the MA503/2 or to the MA504/1.
